BETTER START FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITY
AIM: To enhance GPs awareness of the initiative. Better Start has provided over 1,800 registered and eligible disabled children up to $12,000 for early intervention funding. Eligible children are children under six years of age and who have moderate or greater sight and hearing impairments, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Fragile X Syndrome.
